Common topics
- The AI says my product can't be analyzed
Either the page failed to scrape (a green badge says 'used the description only') or your daily AI quota was reached. Try again in an hour, or paste the product name + FOB cost manually instead of the URL.
- The Chrome extension can't capture an Alibaba page
Refresh the supplier page once after installing the extension — content scripts only inject on tab load. If it still fails, the page may not be a real product page (e.g., a search-results listing).
- I want to delete my account or my captured products
Open the profile sheet (top-right avatar) and delete from there. To wipe captured products in the extension, click the toolbar icon → 'Clear all'. For data-subject requests, see the Privacy Policy.
- Why is the recommended price for Mexico so high?
Mexico's confirm × delivery on COD is locked at 50% × 40%. With those rates, an AOV under $85 doesn't clear $9 net per delivered order. The simulator walks the AOV up the charm-price ladder until each delivery is profitable.
